#1995 chevy passenger van rear end upgrade#
OE Ford parts upgrade - many OE parts currently used in build, OE Ford parts upgrade includes: Motorcraft calipers and caliper brackets, brake rotors, brake pads, left and right lower and upper tie rods, drag link. Upgrades - We have integrated many optioned details into our standard builds, but we do have a handful of upgrades should you choose. We estimate that the additional cost to convert a standard Gen 3 van with the C6 transmission will be $1500 more than our standard conversion. There's probably a little more work to be done on a custom transmission cross-member and better sway bar options, but that's pretty easy stuff. We have limited experience with the 3rd gen builds, but we've manufactured specific components that are required for the differences including a machined flange mount for a double Kardan driveshaft that harmonizes with the C6 trans and BW1356 t-case, custom speedo cable, brake line mods, and a varied track bar bracket for the frame. Cutaway units with tail-shaft-mounted parking brakes require significant additional expense. Dual rear wheel vehicles may require additional wheel adapters, 8x170, 8圆.5, 8x200 patterns available, +$435 Sliding door vans require custom hinge +$600 2011+ gasoline-powered vans require additional fuel tank location modifications +$600 4R75 vans (common on 5.4 and 4.6 vans) +$1,600 transmission rebuild cost, $800 for adapters only syle. Older 4R100/E40D Gas + 7,3 Liter vans require electronic ratio adapter +$315 installed 6.0 Liter diesel vans require oil filter re-articulation kit +$595 Zero offset wheels can often be done without flaresĪpprox 2-3 week turn around (for conversion alone)

6 to -18 offsets require fender flares for practical usage. Best-looking offsets range from +6 to -6. Recommended wheel size 17" or 18", wheel pattern 8x170. We have options for you to keep your 8圆.5" wheel pattern if it's absolutely necessary. Wheels: OEM van wheels do not work after conversion, 16" wheels do not clear Superduty axle calipers. If it's just the front axle we're matching up with an existing van, a typical added cost to the build is $1200 for this upgrade.ĥ" Lift (Or most common) Recommended tire sizes 285 70 17 // 285 75 17 // 275 70 18, and 275 75 18.Ħ" Lift Recommend tire sizes 315 70 17 // 35x12.50x17 // 35x12.50x18 These axles are offered on a per-build basis. These axles have larger brake calipers and rotors, price-conscious solutions for Sterling swaps with factory E-lockers, and varied gear ratios. Timberline offers 2013-2016 year axles as part of the conversion process.

Sterling swaps are available, though not needed for most people. Typical re-gearing adds $1350-$1550, also a good time to add LSD or Locker. Pricing is quoted on a per-van basis and is subject to change until the booking is completed.
